避難の順序 Evacuation Order
地震による火事や家の倒壊などの危険性がある場合は、次の順序で避難してください。
If there is a risk of fire or building collapse due to an earthquake, please evacuate in the following order:
①大きな地震や火事が起きたら、
まずは一時集合場所へ
In the event of a major earthquake or fire,
please first go to a temporary gathering area.
自分の集合場所を確認してください。
Please check your designated gathering area.
組長・防災委員らが安否確認を行います。
Group leaders and disaster prevention committee members will conduct safety checks.

②集合した後、火事の危険が迫ったら、避難場所である目白台運動公園に避難します。
After gathering, if there is an imminent risk of fire, please evacuate to Mejirodai Sports Park, which is a designated evacuation site.
組単位で行動します。

③自宅に住めなくなったら、避難所である区立音羽中学校に避難します。
毛布や、非常食（１日分）の備蓄があります。
If you are unable to stay in your home, please evacuate to Otowa Junior High School, which is a designated evacuation shelter.Blankets and emergency food supplies (for one day) are available.

地震が発生したときはDuring an Earthquake
グラッときたら、まず落ち着いて
Stay Calm When You Feel Shaking
どんな大地震でも、大きな揺れは1分程度です。
まずは落ち着いて行動しましょう。
また、余震が続く場合がありますので十分注意してください。
Even during a major earthquake, strong shaking usually lasts about one minute.
Stay calm and act carefully.
Be aware that aftershocks may continue afterward.
身を守る
Protect Yourself
倒れやすい家具や本棚から離れ、机やテーブルの下に隠れましょう。
Stay away from furniture or bookshelves that may fall.
Take cover under a desk or table.
屋内では火災に注意
Beware of Fire Indoors
地震のあとに最も危険なのは火災です。
火災が発生した場合は、消火器や毛布などで素早く初期消火を行いましょう。
近所で火災が起きた場合も、協力して消火活動を行いましょう。
One of the greatest dangers after an earthquake is fire.
If a fire starts, try to extinguish it quickly using a fire extinguisher or blanket.
Work together with neighbors if nearby fires occur.
避難する前に確認
Before Evacuating
- 使用中の火を消す
Turn off stoves, heaters, and other flames. - ガスの元栓を閉める
Shut off the gas valve. - 電気のブレーカーを切る
Turn off the main electrical breaker.
出口を確認
Secure an Exit
地震で建物がゆがみ、ドアが開かなくなることがあります。
揺れを感じたら、まずドアを開けて避難経路を確保しましょう。
Doors may become stuck if buildings shift during an earthquake.
Open doors immediately to secure an evacuation route.
高層マンション・ビルでは
In High-Rise Buildings
エレベーターは使用しない
Do Not Use Elevators
エレベーターに乗っている場合は、すべての階のボタンを押し、停止した最寄りの階ですぐ降りましょう。
If you are inside an elevator, press all floor buttons and exit at the nearest floor where it stops.
降りられない場合は、非常ボタンを押して救助を待ちましょう。
If you cannot get out, press the emergency button and wait for rescue.
管理者の指示に従う
Follow Building Staff Instructions
あわてて外へ飛び出さず、管理者や係員の指示に従って行動しましょう。
Do not rush outside. Follow the instructions of building staff or emergency personnel.
地域で助け合う
Help Each Other
災害時には、近隣住民同士の助け合いがとても重要です。
声をかけ合い、協力して行動しましょう。
Helping one another is very important during disasters.
Check on your neighbors and work together to stay safe.
