・掲示板を２つ建て替えます。文京区政80周年特別助成も活用します。
We will replace two community notice boards, making use of the Bunkyo City 80th Anniversary Special Grant.

・定例役員会を開催します。会計との連絡や、広報活動、その他町会の庶務をします。
We hold regular board meetings and handle general administrative work, including coordination with the treasurer and public relations activities.

・ドットフミコムの活用や、DX化を検討します。
We explore the use of Dot Fumicom and consider digital transformation (DX) to improve administrative efficiency.
