活動計画、予算・決算、役員、会則の変更などについて話し合い、決定します。

We will hold the 2026 Annual General Meeting.

The meeting is attended by delegates selected based on the criteria set by the Board of Directors.

The General Meeting is an important assembly where key matters of the neighborhood association are decided.
Participants discuss and approve items such as the activity plan, budget and financial report, board members, and amendments to the rules and regulations.
