地域の皆さまの健康づくりと交流を目的としたイベントです。

どなたでも自由にご参加いただけますので、お気軽にお越しください。

筑波盲学校で行われます。車椅子の方もご参加いただけます。体を動かしながら、朝のひとときを一緒に過ごしましょう。

お子様にはお菓子をお配りします。

This event is aimed at promoting health and fostering interaction among local residents.

Everyone is welcome to join freely, so please feel free to come along.

It will be held at Tsukuba School for the Blind, and wheelchair users are also welcome to participate.

Let’s spend a refreshing morning together while moving our bodies. Sweets will be given to children.
